hi, arrived in germany today and the weather has been unusually cold. 8 degrees in the morning and thats crazy. luckily for me ive gotten my drysuit for this trip so it'll save me from the horribly cold water of the baltic sea. didnt really do much today, had a long lunch with the whole team then we went to the sailing club to unload the boats, which didnt take too long.

skyped with my dearest ba wang and family b4 going to the club, after that i came back and skyped with my pretty tudou girl girl and had dinner at the chinese restaurant which was great but am so tired now. its 930pm here which is 330am sg time and i'm still a bit jet lagged. tmro's gonna be a busy day preparing the new boats but its gonna be fun.

bizarre day.

today i started my day at 1130am, woke up with a bugging neck that hurt. had lunch for breakfast, its weird eating rice just after waking up for 30mins. went down to nsc and the wind wasnt good enough. did gym and met qing parkway,

2 weird occasions today, first was doing dumb bell chest press, after finishing 2 sets i realised i did 15kgs on my left hand and 17.5kg on the right hand. normally i'd be able to pick that up but today.. speechless..

then at 10pm, while fb-ing i realised that aut results are coming out tmro. how can i not know that, anw i'm feeling uneasy now after knowing results day is tmro.they better justify my effort.


thanks qing, every single day with you has been incredible even when we have downhill days. its difficult picking out my favourite day or date that we've had so far. i know we've done so much stuff together, and there's probably even more to come so there's just so much to be excited for. september plans are gonna be fun filled for every reason possible. thanks for everything, dating a sailor isnt easy especially when a typical trg out at sea or at the gym takes up quite a long period of time.
And you've been changing your schedule time and again for me. you've always encouraged me and have been my motivator in and out of the boat. They say sometimes the grass is greener over on the other side and i cant agree more to that having experienced that.
