so when u sail in the youth program, they'll tell you
- control the controllable and to a certain point i do apply
it in real life. so when sometimes i know things arent going

if it doesnt, then the watching experience is normally painful
and hard to swallow.

digressing now. its such a sad morning on many levels,
checking the wind forecast and seeing it similar like singapore
and yet we cant go home, yeh.

not to mention running 6km on soft sand plus 30mins non stop core.
and another 3.5km to the club and another 3.5km back from the club.
the cycle continues.

today i had a new fun, it was more of having a simple life and
just re-visiting faith. going there with grams mum and qingqing was great.
lotsa smoothness and lunch was decent!.
thanks qing for helping me pack, u know i take ages at stuff like this
whereas your as efficient as it gets. took only 20mins darn fast.

going to sydney for 2 weeks now.
