encouraging to know.
despite all the injuries
my fitness isnt very low.
today's gym killed me though,
i cant hardly move my right wrist
cause the forearm is too tight
which is linked to the wrist. like durh?
36 chin ups
120 push ups
60 forehand pulls each hand.
40 tricep dips.
sounds like the spartan program aye
not a very tough program but
still is nice to know that i survived.
need to get some stretching done.
tmro is another day.
