http://www.kielerwoche.de/onlineergebnisse/result_details.php?results=2008-06-22_29er_Wettfahrt_6_Extra.xml

last day of kieler woche, 3 races.

expecting 10-14knots.

skiff lovin'..

3 SIN 17 Liu, Justin (1991) SIN
Cheng, Sherman (1991) SIN, 6.00 (8.00) 1.00 2.00 1.00 - 10.00

6 GBR 16 Frances, Peters (1991) HISC
Lasko, Claire (1990) Oxford, 2.00 5.00 5.00 (5.00) 4.00 - 16.00.

here's what happened.

yesterday we had 3 races and they cancelled the last one due to lack
of wind during the last downwind to finish. first race, we started beside
GBR 16, screwed them up by pointing shit loads followed by 2 tacks on them.

2nd race, with 20seconds to the starting gun, frances peters saw us on the line
and came right for us, only for me to react slow and thus letting them start leeward
of us and screwing us up by going height mode, /note (same as what we did in 1st race).

3rd race, we started at dead pin end with frances peters on our windward, height mode
once more and screwed them up. we rounded 1st mark 1st, at the gates we lost to 2nd.
next mark one we were 6th only for rc to cancel the race due to shit wind.

i love these kind of races, highly intense and its always good for some tight, wet(rain la) action
on the line especially with GBR 16, feels good ya?. a little bit of pom does me some good.

but only now.. eh i reckon my reputation isnt too good with GBR 16 helm.
the approach seems rocky but do-able tho. i got 3.5 weeks till i get some taste.
right now its too dry and low. (boooozzzeee).
