training today was bad cause the wind was shit..
went to the gym and had fitness test, with no prep.
the test came as a good time, at least now i know
whats my pre-season fitness and i know how many %
i'm off my best.. boat work in the late morning was insane,
th heat was unbearable and we couldnt get the orbit block to work.

chin ups - 18, 1.5sec hold between each. (way off PB).
sit ups - 75 in 2 mins (way off)
grip hold - 1.10min.(first time)
90 degree wall sits - 25.11mins
push ups- 47 with 1 sec between each.

doing the wall sits was mental, the last time i did the test
before asian games i only managed 23secs before my knee
gave way.. felt the pain in my lower back after the 12th min,
couldnt take the pain and cried at the 18th. i hate the pain in
my lower back it has been hindering my performance since
2 years ago, i never could get to 100% fitness level because of it.
today i manage to push through it for a while, fight the fking pain.
i hope this kind of grit will take me there, cause i know i dont have
the required height and weight yet. but i think i do produce quite
a fair bit of power for my frame.

anw after fitness test it was 3ish so i decided to walk home
from nsc, it took me like 2.05hrs for 10km so my legs are pretty sore
now and i need to get some stretching done if not i'll die
for tmro's gym. cant wait for tmr, IKEA IKEA IKEA!
