has been really busy lately, trying to suit myself in a class room
environment has been tough esp the first few lessons but
i'm getting the hang now so its pretty fine i say.
just a week ago i finished racing at aussie youth nats. where
i was in sunny aust and temperatures got to a high of 38 degrees.
sometimes the ''moment'' just passes too quickly.
20days in 2009 has just gone by, this is the year to show them
the shit that will kill them. just another 6.5months to youth worlds.
cant go there to get owned for the 4th time, this is the year to show.
this is the year to put in even more effort into imagery, be more focused
and spend early mornings in the gym, late nights clocking mileage on the bike
and extra hours in the boat on basics. this is the year. to be consistently
putting in effort and be motivated to go better. to go harder than anyone else.
tmr'll be the first gym session, followed by the normal hypertrophy.
i'm 600 push ups, 800 sit ups, 100 chin ups, 80km biking, 20hours of gym till
i regain proper fitness, then we talk about bulking up even more than before.
qing does 400 sit ups everyday, thats rock hard.
i got to admit i only have been doing a sit up at day.
and thats when i get out of bed when i wake up in the morning.
