anw i just experienced my 2nd asthma attack this year. both in a day, went to the doc for the breathing thingy, but i still dont quite feel very well. something isnt right. i hate falling sick, just when i finished a week of tough training plus gym conditioning. i have to start all over again.

Anw some pics up, what i've been doing fitness wise. plus the swissotel vertical marathon last sunday. its gonna be a damn tough month ahead. got some good plans for the next 12 months. plus some forex arbitrage i'll be starting on.

okay its late and i need some sleep. but my asthma med is keeping me up by making my heart beat faster and my fever med is making me drowsy. FML, ( it always happens when i got a fever and asthma! )
