this week is gonna be the busiest ive had in months.
got attachment to do tmro and not to mention, the workload
in class is upping.plus projects and shuckloads of errands
to run. got Taz to look after plus coaching on thurs morning
hanging there by a rope.

400m x 2 medium hard
50 tri dips
90 push ups
2 sets biceps
42 chin ups.
10mins cycle at lvl 17
not bad for a first day.
